Drawings like that are simply a complicated arrangement of geometric shapes. So you could break it down to it's essence (shape-wise) Better than that would be to practice drawing your own designs everyday until you find your own style. Good luck!

One suggestion; take a photogaph of it then lay it upon your drawing paper or canvas. Place it approx. where you want it, then draw a line with a pencil across the horison right through the picture image. Find your perspective by the points on the horizon to the angles on your photo, and letters. Lightly pencil those lines in. After you have done all you know then remove the photo. Vertical line plus horisonal, your project will become logical to complete with ruler.
