If you have size 12 feet you will need to get a wide board so to avoid any type of toe/heel drag. A 154 is a good size for you based on your height and weight if you want to do jib or freestyle riding. If you want an all mountain board you should probably go a bit longer say 157+ and if you are into freeriding maybe a bit longer that that.
Ive listed some boards below which will be the right width for you and also made a note of the level of riding they are suitable for ie beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Burton Bullet Beg/Int
Burton Royale Int
Burton Baron Int/Adv
Ride Decade Beg/Int
Ride Yukon Int/Adv
Option Booter Int
Option Makinen Int
K2 Titan Int/Adv
Rome Flag Int/ Adv
Rome Machine Int/Adv
Nitro MFM Int/Adv

The Rome Machine and Nitro MFM are freestyle boards the rest are all, all mountain boards some lean more towards freeriding some more towards freestyle but basically they can all be used for both types of riding. Also boards like the Ride Decade and Optin Makinen come in both wide and regular sizes so if you are looking into one of those be sure to get the right size for you.

The most important thing for you having big feet is to get a wide board. There will be nothing more frustrating than having a board that has your toes hanging off badly enough to get toe drag. Anyong who has a shoe size 11 and above should be riding a wide board. Now that you know you need a wide, your length when buying will probably be a little bigger than a 154. There isn't a set length but you should look inbetween 156-159. As you get a little bit heavier and better, you will want to buy a board that is a 159-163, but for now the first sizings should work great. When you buy a board, please go to a ski and board shop. Don't go to a retail store like Zumies or Big 5 sporting goods. You won't get nearly the quality board.

Basically Burton, ride, and nitro make some of the best boards and going with anything in those lines will be good. 158 is a good standard size that most people your size would find attractive. I'm 6' and that's what i ride. The Burton Blunt is a good mid range board that's wide but not just for powder. Ride boards tend to be a little stiffer and suited for heavier riders and nitro boards have some sick(cool) graphics. Make sure you get a woodcore and bring your boots when you go to look for boards. ir your toes and heel hang of more than a couple inches you should get something wider. A little bit of overhang is ok.

The idea to check out MFM's pro model from Nitro is actually really good advice. Marco Frank is about your size, but with big feet, so he rides a wider deck. If you can fork out the extra dough, then I'd say go with that.

All the advice so far seems to come to the consensus that you'll need a wide board. Whatever you end up going with, make sure it isn't too narrow.

if you ride park thats just a little short. if you ride all mountain thats way too short. for park get like a 155-157. if you ride all mountain, get something in the early 160s. with size 12 hooves you might want to consider a wide or midwide board. check out mfms pro nitro model. its wide and great for park. http://nitrousa.com

I'm 5'9 and I ride a 154, so that should probably be a good size for you too. As long as it ranges in between the top of your shoulders and your bottom lip/chin.
