Yes, but they did the crimes of 9/11 during Bush's watch when Bush was repeatedly warned about impending attacks on the U.S. All the while, Bush ignored those warnings. I'd say that's even a worse legacy. And, now that legacy is in the toilet with Bush's failures in IRaq.

I think that it was part Clinton's fault and part the Bush administration's fault and mostly the terrorists fault but we will never truly know the extent of Clinton's guilt because Berger destroyed the documents that revealed it.

What difference does that make? 9/11 happened on Bush's watch. If a Democrat were in office, Republicans would scream "impeach!" Finally, though, members of Bush's own party are starting to look at impeachment. Why would they do that if he's such a great president?

Yes, and a couple of them tried to rent my dad's Florida condo while they trained to fly at the nearby airport in Venice.
I say lets blame terrorists. Our US hospitality should not be to blame.
I can't say much good about Clinton, but I don't think we should fall down into the same hole with the Liberals who want to blame Bush for hurricanes and world hunger.
