Are they sisters or relatives? Because they seem to have the same eyes, nose & lips. Maybe it's just me =D
But, either way, both wear too much cosmetics to tell. But I'd say they're both equally pretty in their own way. The first girl is more mysterious looking & the second is more naive

Elise is a cutie - heh - .. Hmm Savv maybe needs some eye make-up .. but that's about it, maybe some 'more than the average thickness' eyeliner under the eye? I would want to see her when she has it done!!! ^ ^

Their outfits are way too dark, almost goth looking. They need to add more color to their outfits. They are both pretty girls, so they need to use less make-up as well. Savannah looks cuter in my opinion.

neither are very pretty, in my opinion, but beauty is in the eyes of the beholder!
