Let your boss hear the tape and let them know the details of your situation. Assure them that you do not want your personal life interfering with your job. As far as making the baby hate you....that's a very selfish thing to do. If that were me, I would want my child to feel comfortable with the father and girlfriend/wife because the child will be spending lots of time with you.

As long as you have the tape you should be good to go. But it sound like the "baby" is fresh, which means...their relationship hasn't been over for a long enough time for them to be OVER each other. If the CHILD is older, and the baby mom is still tripping after years...is this something you want to go thru with this man and his baby mom for the rest of your life?
