I am going to buy 2 door shells, and fenders for my Blazer K5. How do I replace them? Can it be done in a driveway with standard tools? I prefer an answer from a Blazer Owner. Serious answers only!

The fenders should definitely be something a simple ratchet and socket can change...Door shells are a bit harder depending on weather or not you have power windows and locks..Changing shells with power windows and locks would include switching the window track/motor and the lock actuators etc. However if you have any automotive experience I don't see why you couldn't do it in your driveway.

yes, it can easily be done in a driveway, im a ford guy but broncos have many things in common with the k5, have done it many times...

i remember a time when i gave away 6 doors for 80-86 ford because i only had one truck left... with new doors.
