Sorry Mate, Yes Stealing Is A Bad Thing. You May Not Being Caught Now, But One Day Eventually You Will Get Caught. There are Special Cameras, Everywhere, Even Hidden within Certain Products in Practicably Every Shop, Office,as well as Security Cameras. Places are Setting up even more Security, which is so small you would Not see with Your Naked eye, Also Stealing adds on more Tax dollars to Everyone in any Community, And if you do get caught,You could Ruin Your Own Reputation, which would go on your record,And this would make it very difficult for any future Jobs,or Plans you may wish do do in life, NOW or LATER,Please Do Not Risk IT.There is also a saying "What we give out,we get back 1,00 times over". Keep Yourself Clean Man, it may be Tempting,But Not worth it,especially when you get caught, which would eventually Be.

Even though this is (hopefully) a philosophical question, it is sad that you even have to ask this.

Society has progressively deteriorated to the point that thievery is acceptable. I have heard over and over, "Justifiable Theft". "Well, they cheated me out of my money", or "They would never miss this simple item".

The cold hard fact, is that there is no scenario that would allow you to steal. That is someone else's property, and there is no such thing as a victim-less crime.

Assuming that you are able to get away with it, I would hope that your conscience would get to you. How do you justify taking someone else's property? Why is that acceptable, but when someone breaks into your house, and takes your money, you immediately run and call the police?

You can't have it both ways!!!

Yes, one of the bad thing about stealing is getting caught. But the worst part is the guillt, and that will never go away. Do you want to be remembered as the person who stole stuff? Or the person who was genuine and honest who didn't.

depends on ur morals. fan of the christian god? then yes its bad bad bad. if you tend to just go with the flow and answer to no higher authority then its up to you. but i will say this: when one steals, it makes everyone question your character. no one wants to be with someone whos trust is always in question. im no saint myself here, so my intent is not to belittle you, but rather to help you to see what people look like to others when they steal. question oneself when pondering theft, you must ask "is this for attention?" "can i afford this?" and above all "am i ready to face the consequnces if caught?" becuase no matter how fool-proff your scheme may seem, there are flaws in everything. but i mean stealing is generally bad. if everyone stole whatever they wanted then it would bring about anarchy, and most likely would kill ourselves at an even faster rate than we already are and end the human race as we know it.

specific! that's via the fact morality has not something to do with regardless of if or no person discovers your wrongs. that's a prevalent that, even nonetheless varies slightly from one individual to a diverse, acts as a glue to civilized society. regardless of if or not you have faith in the life of a extra advantageous Being is irrevelant - an action is misguided for the reason that is. which you're able to ask certainly one of those question, frankly, scares me. are you able to think of what this international could be like if all of us went around doing each and all of the messed-up issues we concept we could escape with? i think of all of it boils all the way down to a query of character. persons with stable characters have a extreme experience of morality, integrity, and are a similar regardless of if or not somebody else is finding or will come across what they are doing. we could placed it this variety - no wellthinking individual can sense mushy defrauding yet another except he / she is in desperate circumstances.

Would you want your valuable things to be stolen. Won't you feel bad if somethimg was stolen from you? Do not do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you..

Even if you didn't get caught, there will still be anger and hatred for the unseen robber. You make people mad then still that's bad.. seen or unseen!

God definitely caught you! You will pay for it definitely, when KARMA's time come!

You should do good things unseen so GOOD KARMA will come after you.

The question is, caught by whom? Sure, nobody else may notice. But you've already caught yourself before you even steal anything, evident just by your asking this question. If it wasn't a bad thing, you wouldn't ask, because your conscience wouldn't have told you to.

Yes it is. It is still wrong whether or not you get caught. The stealing is the wrong thing, not whether you get caught. How would you feel if someone took something that you owned?

Yes, which is why I don't. I love free samples though. But I make sure they are samples. And if I borrow something from work, I always bring it back. If it's damaged I replace it. Speaking of which......I need to replace a little book I found in the breakroom. The corners got dogeared.

If you feel guilty for doing it, it's bad.

But some people don't care because they feel that life has cheated them, so why not steal? Some feel entitled to that philosophy.

But if you stole, that means you are only stealing from yourself.
