My bike was scraped in my garage and now I see some silver showing on my clutch case which is usally flat black. Can I use any paint and not worry about it catching on fire. and if not what paint can I use and where can I find it. Also what kind of paint comes stock on a 2006 GSX-R 600 clutch case

You should be able to order a engine and case paint for under $10 from you local dealer, it's in any of the books. PJ1 Satin black engine and case paint Tucker Rocky part number 536022.

if all you did was scrape off some of the paint, i would just try using a sharpie- magic marker- to fill it in. it's amazing how much you can fix + save on with one of them.
