Do you know about SDAIE and CLAD training?

Are there any data which show that teachers trained in SDAIE methods are any more effective than those who simply use good teaching strategies? In our data-driven world, I have yet to see numbers which prove that CLAD certified teachers are any more capable. Where are the studies? Is there any validity or is this just another legislated mandate? If there are actual statistical comparisons of the pedagogy, please point me in their direction. Thank you.

I don't think it has to do with data, it is all politics in education. Just another way for someone to make money off of teachers (as if we are wealthy!). I have the training and it means nothing to any employer I had. Maybe if I were a k-12 educator it would have, I don't know though.
