thanks! Somebody said it's not bad, but it could be a little selfish, but that's ok. I think you should be able to spoil yourself and be proud and be happy on your day =)! You deserve it.
I never had a sweet 16 like they did on MTV but I've always enjoyed my birthdays so far. It might be far from perfect and some people get jealous that I'm getting older or they get jealous of those girls, and I'm not like that.
So Happy Birthday to me! 16 + 7= 23.

It depends on the situation. Meaning, it could be bad if you have a budget on your party and go all out. But it all goes towards on you having a great time.
