I stuggle not to throw everything I eat up at the moment. Weather its an apple or a apple pie. (thouhg am currently in the throws of anorexia so we'll just leave the pie out for now)
Second thoughts, I think focusing all my energy on my weight an on foods got to be the hardest addiction to break.10 years and counting.

Overeating and always being on the internet! The overeating part, eating more healthy foods at meals to fill me up and no snacking in between meals. Internet? don't know.
