there is no way to completely cancel it out. to diminish it, you just need not to worry about so many things and not let people get to you. some people out there thrive off of making other's lives miserable. it is important not to feed their ego. i know it is hard but it is something that everyone at some point has to learn how to do. just concentrate on what you have to. let others figure out their own problems. there is an old saying that "if you carve yourself to suit everybody, you will soon widdle yourself away" i believe in this whole heartedly. do not let people carve you to what they want you to be. be your own person and do not pay attention to all of the drama. hope this helps. good luck.

You mean, how do you TRY? You have an unlisted/unpublished home phone number, you change your cellular number every 6 weeks-3 months, you don't tell strangers or new acquaintances where you live or work at and never bring a blind date or a new gf/bf to your home or to your friends/family home until after a month or so. If this doesn't work, you just move and don't tell anyone where you're at and leave them all wondering. AVOID "TOXIC" PEOPLE, GOSSIPMONGERS AND COMPLAINERS!

Avoid people that live their lives going from one drama to the next. They will suck you right up into it.
