In my personal experience, the reason for the distraction is mainly the "disenchantment" with the work you are doing. If you like the work, no matter what comes along, you will never get distracted.
The best remedy for your problem is to start liking to do the homework and try finding something, that interests you and challenges you, in that homework. This will help you sustain the concentration.
When I was in school, I used to always attempt to get an alternate answer than "regular" and sometimes it made me forget the time spent!!
Hope this helps.

When I was in high school I always HAD to have music on. But now that doesn't work for me. Home is too much of a distraction so I have to find a quieter place. such as the library or a park or something. And my cell phone has to be turned off or at least the ringer has to be off. But that's just what works for me.

Actually, listening to music can help stimulate the brain. Try putting on some headphones or putting in a CD. Classical music works well for some people (I would try something that is instrumental).

i'm 18 and that i'm an A cup too. i've got faith you. i used to be quite insecure approximately my boob length whilst i became in extreme college. the lads might continually tease me asserting i'm flat chested. I even used to stuff tissue in my bra to cause them to seem larger. (how stupid became i?) yet now i do no longer even care. some men like women with small boobs. huge boobs are not all that. I even have some associates who've huge boobs and whilst they should workout (run) it quite gets interior the way. yet another plus for us is that as quickly as we are older, our boobs won't sag that plenty :)
