Quickie here because I am just curious... low rise jeans: women only, what's acceptable for women in public... and why?

Follow up for those who look. If Crack isn't acceptable, why is it so prevalent?

Anything with a crack showing grosses me out.

A lot of the girls at my school dress like that. It may look good on their hips from the front angle, but I'm the one that has to see their arses when I'm sitting in the back of the class. Ugh :-(

Later response: I'm not saying they shouldn't be able to wear whatever the heck they want (they can go topless for all I care), only that it's a little too explicit for me. Maybe others have a different position, but their cracks remind me of that guy named Barney from the Simpsons who always had to pull up his pants. :-)

I personally don't like seeing a woman's butt crack, especially when she sits or bends over in front of me.

I consider it very tacky. And the same goes for men.

My rule of thumb is that if my jeans require special shaving, they're cut too low.
