I like both. But I like Subway better 90% better than Quiznos

I like Subway better. Quiznos is not as fresh.
I only ate at Quiznos once and it was not as good and cost more than Subway.

I prefer Subway, not that Quiznos is bad just like Subway better.

I think their both very good. But if your on a diet and you had to choose between subway and quiznos I would choose subway, because,
1. It's less fatning
2. It has healthier choice of sandwiches for you.
3. It cost less.
Quiznos is good to eat once in a while.

Subway is definitely better because they have better-for-you options. Quiznos has a lot of meaty sandwiches where subway tends to be more veggie-full.

I don't go to either of these places and I will tell you why!
Quiznos: Has had very offensive commercials out that are totally inappropriate and not even funny whatsoever!
Subway: Seems to think that it is just hilarious to make fun of children who have weight issues,or people who have weight issues,by promoting their supposed healthier choice of meals.
I usually go to higher class restaurants that know how to treat their customers right,and don't resort to making fun of their customers. Who does Quiznos and Subway think that pays their wages,the consumers do duh!! I am a normal sized woman,but I refuse to do business with any restaurant that belittles or degrades customers who know that they have a weight problem,and don't need to be humiliated about it!! :-(

Subway.
one time I went to a Quiznos and told the girl behind the counter I did not want the sandwich toasted.
I swear she went into a meltdown and started shaking because I disrupted her routine. After she had put the sandwich together, she stood there shaking, not knowing what to do next.

subway is good for cold sandwiches and quiznos is better for their toasted warm sandwiches. but quiznos has more flavor and its a little more filling. so quiznos.

Quiznos has great soup and more on their subs but i still chose subway.
and subway will toast your sub if you want it toasted but why would anyone ruin a sub by toasting it. how gross.
the best subs are at the little corner places like Joe's subs or Tony's subs. the one's that aren't part of a chain.

subway, especially if u are on a diet. quiznos is very fattning and to me not as good
