well i kind of like this two girls, J.A has been my friend since middle school,she tells me every thing that happens to her, and J.T i met her this year she is so cool always talks to shes just fun to be with and now i dont know to ask out i dont know what to do.

It sounds as if your "close friend" would be a serious relationship and might turn into something long term, This new girl sounds like she would be someone to hang out and date for a while, seeing as you have not known her as long, if your actually really interested in her. (It sounds as if your feelings are stronger for your close friend by the way you worded your question.) I would also consider if things didn't work out between your close friend and you, you might loose her in all as a friend forever. You didn't state if either of them had feelings back for you either.
