39 wks (due April 1st) with my first and I feel like she doesnt want to come out!!! I am 2cm and 50% effaced which evidently means nothing!! I have not lost that plug everybody keeps talking about. Im having so much sex it makes no sense and still no baby. Im so uncomfortable, anxious, nervous, and just plain tired of it all!!
Sorry, I really dont have a question, I just need to vent!!! Thanx!!

LOL... vent away!.. My sisiter eas 2 weeks over due and she was going nuts! 10 ponund babyboy after c- section. Dont worry!... baby will come when ready and if not, Dr. will schedule date for baby to come! you don't have much longer to wait!

Hey, hey , hey. You have to chill out a bit! That baby is coming out when SHE wants to! You have no choice. And while people say to have sex, eat curries or go on long walks there is nothing to prove that it actually works.
Don't worry, towards the end everyone wants that child out, especially when it is your first. Enjoy these last few days that you have alone with your partner, because real soon that is all going to change! And remember, just because she is due on the 1st, doesn't mean she is coming that day - she could be in there for another 2 weeks after that! Depends on your doctor I guess, whether you get induced.
Keep yourself busy, watch some movies, clean out your cupboads, rest and relax or take long walks - enjoy the freedom while you still have it.

its okay mama!!. Ive been there twice. I know how u feel. Just be patient. It will be over soon and you will have that beautiful baby. Shes will be here before u know it. Dont be too anxious. U dont want labor to be hard. Ur in a safe place at 39 weeks. ur full term. Make sure during child birth.. u breath and if u have to scream once .. it helps..lol.. Im praying for a quick delivery and Gods speed. GOD bless u and ur new baby.

OMG I know how you feel im also 39 Weeks pregnant... Due April 3rd. If i have any more sex im going to freak! Ive tried walking too. Nothing seems to work. Im glad im not the only one freaking out for it to be over!!!!!! Im 2 Cm dialated and 80% effaced

ohh my gosh, i feel your pain. I am almost 37 weeks and he pushes on my back, giving me a constant backache, and he has just started pushing on my side, so they both hurt really bad, pushes on the nerves on my pelvic floor cause my legs and back to give out....i honestly dont think there is enough room left in there. But somehow I have to make until April 16th, my sceduled c-section date. Its 3 weeks from today, but right now that seems like forever...sorry guess im venting too...i am just so darn miserable all the time. A miserable end to a miserable pregnancy. Can't wait for my baby boy to be here in my arms. Good luck to you as well. And thanks for letting me vent too.

Try going on a long walk, eating some spicy food and some raspberry leaf tea. I know how you feel, although I am only 31 weeks. You will get there eventually... good luck..

oh yeah some don't really experience that unpluggin business so you probably won't and just go from 0-to 100 and 0.2 seconds ...hope I made u smile...
Oh yeah print your comment so you put it on babi's book it will be so funny when you read it later (trust me you will forget all pain and all once you see yourself in those beautiful angel eyes of your babi)

Ah YOu lucky woman. I would kill to be that uncomfortable again. I am having a tubal as my family is large enough and that season of my life is over. Try to enjoy I KNOW how its too uncomfortable. But believe it or not when that baby is in your arms you might miss him or her being in your womb so try and relish every moment.

i know you need to vent but have you tryed spicy foods i dont know why but it seems to have an effect ive got about 6 girlfriends all whom have kids majority of them did and had babies and 1 of them has 3 and a half {LOL} every time we went to a Mexican rest. within 12 hours she goes in to labor she now is expecting 1 of them her doc who delivered all say shes band from spicy foods

oh no hun i understand. i am 39 weeks as well and very anxious, but my doctor told me at my last appointment that i was 2 cm dilated as well and that i wont make it to my next appointment.. (but i lost my mucus plug) well i have my appointment in the morning..so the doctor was wrong...
i understand how you feel, no sleep, getting uncomfortable and so on..
