You are asking this because you want some sort of support or permission to do something you already know is absolutely wrong, the fact that a man who has a wife and a family is flirting with you should tell you something about the kind of person he is.
Excuse me for saying it like this, but what are you, an animal that only follows instincts instead of reason or are you a human being? You should be able to control your "urges" shouldn't you? Look for someone who is unattached.
Only bad things can come out of something bad, and there will be consequences.
My answer...don't do anything you wouldn't want done to you.

he shouldn't even be flirting with you to begin with, but these things happen. ---you said you know he will never leave his family, but after a while, your emotions will start to come into play and you will want him all for yourself.

first. do you want to be known as the other woman! next is he your boss at work? third office romance can sour the work place and can/could put you and /or him out of work. these affairs need to be quiet/ such as meet at an resturant before going to an motel room. never call him at home as now adays calls are id as to who is calling an his wife could get you phone#.
