is selling 2 for 1 six flags tickets illegal if i do it through craigslist or the online newspaper, or any other means of online thing-a-ma-gigies? I have 30 six flags (buy one ticket and get a secod one FREE) tickets, and i am only going to use two of them, and all need to be used before September 03, 2007. I wanted to sell them at $5.00 each, but i dont want to get into trouble if it is illegal. What should i do?

Yes. It's legal as long as you do not charge more than the face value of the tickets.

However, do not sell them in the parking lot of Six Flags. This is almost surely against their rules...and remember that is their property.

I think it might vary by state, but if you charge face value or a modest premium (like 15% max), then it's legal. If you double your money on them or something, that would be scalping and is illegal.

Not at all!The best way to sell them is in the parking lot you will have no problem selling them at the market value there.
