Can someone tell me what the movie is all about?

I saw it friday. I was like the first one. The deformed mutant people living in the mountains. This time an army base was set up there and they killed most of them so another group came out to find them and it was the usually kill one by one. It was very gory and gross. But pretty good. I liked it.

NOPE, and wouldn't see it if paid to see it.
I think most of those movies (Saw type) are crap.
