I was at a church lock-in last weekend and this guy that i like, named Matt ,was being really nice and sweet.I have already asked him out, but he said no. But I asked him about 1 month ago.Sometimes when he would walk by , he would poke on my side. And when these other guys and I were playing dogdeball, they were about to throw a basketball at me and charging at me , Matt got in their way and wouldn't let him throw the ball or come near me. And when we were singing our worship songs, all of us were leaning side to side with the beat, and he would run into me on occasions... Does he like me?

Oh God! I am re living my life thru these...
I just found my first love after 20 yrs and I ask him the same..Did you like me then or not? What happened and why?
He use to poke at me and smile and those things guys does that doesn't make sense to us if they don't show or tell anything to us.
Guess what? he really did likes me a lot!.. and regrets he never told me, he said, he thought I was too good for him and his friends opinion matters a lot to him.Guys are afraid to make the first move in front of others or when they are to inmature for a relationship eventhought they want it really bad.
Now we both are married, I am happy he's not that much but he's the one regretting not me because I always told him how I felt, and I tried really hard, we even went out a couples of time then, in the past.
So by these, I am advising you to talk to him, let him know how you feel and make him tell you how he feel( something I never did and wait 20 yrs to found out) and remember life is to short..want it,get it,take it,enjoy and it live it....Opportunities only comes one! Good luck!

u really like this guy cause this is the second time I have seen this question. Trip him on purpose like it was an accident, help him up and fall into his arms on purpose like it was an accident and look into his eyes and see how he responds, or ask a friend to find out for u. Have some fun with it and call it Mission Matt.

You should understand that subtely is lost on guys, when we think we're hinting it's painfully obvious, when girls think they're being coy or hinting to boys, we often miss it entirely. I reccomend the following book to give you an appreciation of the biological differences between the sexes: "Why men don't listen and women can't read maps." Wish I'd read it years ago, it would have saved me a lot of grief and curiosity about just these kinds of things/situations. Good luck!

From what you've said, it sounds like he does, but if you've asked him out already, and he said no, maybe he wants to make the first move. Just keep being nice to him, with a little casual flirtation, but see if he will do the asking.

Sounds like it to me. I would try to say stuff like "I feel so lonley, I wish I had a somebody to confort me" to a friend but make sure he heard you to give him the idea that you still have feelings for him.
I hope that was good advice. It sounds like somebody is in LOVE!!! GO FOR IT AGAIN IF YOU ARE NOT SHY!!

yeah.. pretty much. As to why he said "no"... who knows? Guys your age (i'm guessing from his method's of flirting that you're around 14-16) don't know what they want. He might want to say yes but is insecure with himself and thinks you would expect more from him and he would not be up to your expectations, resulting in you not liking him as much anymore... who knows what guys think :-) Either way.. God bless you and I wish you the best!

He may think of you as a kid sister. Thats why he was protecting you during a game you were playing with these other kids.
