Whether someone is a "midget" is not a legal determination. It is a medical determination and the two do not coincide. The only time such things coincide is when a statute provides for it, such as legal blindness, which requires diagnosis by a physician.

I don't know if this is true or not but I have been told that 4ft 9in and shorter is "midget" status. How tall are you? Im 4ft 11.5 in.
