Actually, I would buy my Mom a house, I would pay off my Dad's mortgage, and pay off my Father-In-Law's Mortgage. I would buy my Sister a house, and my Wife's sister a house.
I would invest the rest and live off the interest. I would stay at home with the kids and spend time with my family.
I would then become an Angel Investor and help fund start up of new businesses.

Family, friends, strangers would either by-way-of : gift ,loan, donation benefit. None left out.
To give honestly and sincerely is gratifying and rewarding.

eh, 75 million, I'd do a lot, but for $3 Billion I'd do anything, as long as it wasn't anything that I could end up in prison for.
