ok im 15 years old and i got a dog for my birthday and she had a litter of 6 puppies and my mother says that they are hers and i no that they are mine but.. she says that shes going to get rid of them but i can sell them for 300$ each but she wont let me i think she dosnt want me to have anything better than her but please tell me your awnser please (me and my mom fight about everyday))

Who pays for the dog food?If your parents do then the pups are theirs seeing its their house the pups are staying at.

Well the dog is your so her puppy should be yours as well. BUT since you still live with your parents I can kind of see why your mom thinks they are hers, but she shouldn't act the way you are describing. Talk to her and ask about splitting the pups. You get 3 and she gets 3 and do with them whatever you want. That is the most fair and logical way I think.

I think their yours and your parents. split the puppies you get 3 and your parents get 3.
