At the end of the series Rachel was ready to fly off wherever she was going, but didn't. The last scene was Rachel standing at Ross's door returning to him.

Emma (the baby) was with either Ross's mom or Rachel's mom. Rachel ended up not going, but I don't think they showed Emma at the end of the finale.

Her mother was keeping Emma while she settled in Paris, BUT Rachel got off the plane. I think she was in the apartment during the last scene.

They never really show her that much but she was with one of the grandmothers. I am sure that she was returned to her parents.
