Tightish leather jacket, fitted but not too small...black too. Plain white t-shirt underneath, simple...Hanes works, also just plain blue jeans. It's a simple look you cant really tradmark it because it's such a wide range. Just go for the simple, laid back look...

In the final scenes, he is wearing a black t-shirt with the sleeves rolled up, black jeans, white socks and black loafer like shoes, also a black leather biker jacket.
If you want some good pictures, google grease images, and you will find some.
