A DLL file is missing the file is OLEPRO32.DLL is there a way to fix this problem or is the disk I am using just plain worthless? I have also gotten a message saying that the MSVBVM60.DLL file is corrupted... ???? I have tried and tried to get my PC to accept this disk to no avail... HELP!! This is a brand new printer I figure it ought to work... go figure :(

If I was you I would download the new software from HP and install it. It sounds like the data on your disk is corrupt. Follow the below link and click on the exact printer you have.

go to the h-p site, and download the drivers for this unit, as it may well be corrupted or perhaps an updated version will fix the trouble
