okw ell im like charging it and it its like fully charge..so i take it out and then it closes and i cant open it..i press the red button to poen it..and it doesnt work......please help me...it works sometimes thne it closes..and its fully charge? also one tim i pluged it in and it was likke invalid battery and i used my charger...but it didnt work!!!!!!!!!! what happened..i need to know...thanks

I don't know who your provider is but I have the original razr from verizon. It started to not hold a charge. I just brought it to the local verizon store and they gave me an upgrade. If its a software prob that they are aware of they should be able to fix or replace for free.

that happens to me but what i did with my razr is i just got a new charger. razrs are wierd and probaly ur charger is defected like maybe a wire broke or sumthin?
