No necessarily. Genetics can be recessive. So they can look alike or not at all. My kids are totally different from each other.

First of all, that's disgusting. The children will be cousins and half-siblings. How long will it take for the twins to explain that kind of situation to their children? That's what I'd be thinking about first, before what they would look like. Hopefully this is a hypothetical question.

lol....wow that's an interesting question......the kids would probably look alot alike, considering they are half-siblings, but not identical

They will look something a like... like they are siblings...... it is just wrong to sleep with both though

that would be neat to find out.......but a little weird when the kids tell people why they are all so much alike
