I've been looking for a job since my junior year of high school. I've since graduated and I've started court reporting, but I need a job in between to pay my bills. So far I've had at least ten interviews and nothing. No one wants to hire me. I don't know whats wrong with me.

Most say its because I'm a student. Why would that be? It seems like everyone I know who's either dropped out, gotten pregnant, etc. can find jobs, but not me.

Was it a bad idea to stay in school? Where can I find a job now that I'm about to be 19 years old and never employed? Anyone else ever had this problem?

I had that problem too. Just hang in there you will find something. Don't settle for something less than you are worth :)
Try looking at postings at your local employment office. . .or if there is a job you really want keep applying. That is what I did and it worked.

I think it's great that your in school. Don't give up on job hunting. The reason why you haven't found a job is because there's something out there for you and your yet to find it. It's got nothing to do with you being in school. Some companies are just looking for people with a lot of experience and why don't you look for a job based on what your good at? How about a small job until you graduate? Just don't give up and don't drop out of school. what your doing is great and I had to tell you that. Good luck.

regrettably further and extra businesses are laying off. the place we concept having a job grew to become right into a real look after element, it is not anymore. i'm specific it is not a mirrored image of your artwork. And no, it won't look undesirable to destiny employers. purely state on your utility below reason of leaving 'corporation cutbacks' 'worker low-priced rates' or some thing of that nature. Get the reference out of your boss. which will help help the reason you have been laid off. I even have by no skill mandatory to report for unemployment, yet am specific somebody else right here can answer that area, and you in all risk would desire to as one by no skill is conscious how long this is going to take to locate yet another place. Sticking around 2 extra weeks isn't all that unreasonable yet, in case you do not, will your boss nevertheless provide you the advice? in case you want that factor to look for different artwork, that's truly helpful to describe this on your boss. ~terrific of success ~jennifer helping others create extra earnings from domicile with the aid of preparation of the gadget

Years ago if you had no training who would hire you? Fresh out of high school who had any training? Well, since you do have that one job your prospective employers maybe think you are stretching yourself out...? Or you just don't have the qualifications they are seeking? YOU STAY IN SCHOOL...Have you gone to your Employment Office or Temp places? It is somewhere to start.
