You serve drinks. You listen to drunks making fools of themselves. You have to clean up the bar. You have to reconcile the money inb the POS. You have to take inventory of the bottles in the bar.

Most bartenders I know always knew where the Galliano was located, in case anyone got out of hand. If you know what the bottle looks like, you'd understand.
You need to keep your space clean, probably wash the glasses, document what you run out of and run to the stock room, and keep the fruit cut for drinks. Oh yeah, and give good customer service.

Well you first serve drinks and make sure fights dont break out. talk to who buys ur beer. ( easy tips) Always chat with them like if you see people watching football and saying like Go RAMS talk near them cheering on the rams and then go over and mingle. then after your shift you start cleaning a few dishes and stuff and ur done

you have to chat up your customers while cleaning and serving so as to get good tips, just like a waiter/waitress.
