Hot guys aren't tend to lose their "hotness" after you realize that they are cheating slimeballs. Do you really want to be with someone who cheated on his wife to be with you? Once a cheater always a cheater.
If he keeps showing up, it's because you haven't told him that it's over. Until you tell him that he's not going to get laid, he's going to keep showing up. He's not showing up to have a conversation with you. He's using you.
He doesn't seem so hot to me.

Call the cops and report a strange man attempting to get into your house. He will be arrested for trespassing or harassment or something. Then he'll have to call his wife to bond him out of jail and explain why he was at your house at 4:00 am
Or you could just ignore the fact that he is hot and tell him to go away.

Ignore him, there's no reasoning with him at that time of the night. The next day, you let him know, under no uncertain terms, is he to ring your doorbell at 4 AM for a booty call !!
