Right now, I work at our local YMCA teaching Gymnastics to little kids... and I love it, I wouldn't trade it for anything. Although I've also been interested in Psychology for as long as I can remember. I've always seemed to be the most level headed out of all my friends.
Would it be possible to blend the two some how and make a career out of it? Working with kids (preferably pre-school age) and studying psych? How much education would it take?

In order to practice Psychology in the real World, you pretty much have to get your Master's or PhD. A Psychology major with a Bachelor's degree doesn't go anywhere. If you like kids, focus on child development courses and strive to be a family therapist or child psychologist like the guy in Sixth Sense......good luck!
