DON'T use cement. The lime in it will kill the fish. If you can't afford a new liner, use the air mattress patches, but put them on the outside

depending where u live, any kind of frozen ground will cause your cement liner to move and crack. i am assuming that u are planning on laying the liner back over the concrete. a better idea is to find a neighbor who got new carpeting and take their old carpet and line your pond with it. this will cushion liner and keep rocks from poking up thru liner.

pond liner is made not to leak. Unless it is more than 10-15 yrs old or you have dogs jumping in it, I wouldn't worry about all that.

Make sure the cement is cured at least 72 hours if fish are involved.
