how can i die without leaving my family without a huge funeral bill? I have no insurance plans.?

no life insurance or funeral expence payment plans. Even if I leave my body to meical science, they have to give it back after 3 years to be buried. When I`m gone, my body is of no use. can i be put in the trash can? mabey someone could bury me in my own garden to save my family money!!!
