What is it when you hear things in your head, but it isnt really there... Like, yesterday i heard the sound of something falling off a shelf, but i heard it in my head unexpectedly and i dont know why... o.o' hehe i hope im not psycho! =D

Could be a ghost they make all kinds of unheard sounds. Only some people can hear them or others can hear them in certain states of sleep or day dream state. Coul be you tapped into their realm. Also the unconscious mind can play tricks on a person. It really depends. Hope this helps. I think sometimes your brain gets bored of silence, because that happens to me too.

When I was about ten, I was obsessed with one of those Pokemon video games, and even now years later, I can still hear the music in my head sometimes when everything is quiet, and I swear it sounds like someone's playing it right next to me.

Also I can hear my cat meowing to come in all the time, even when he's not there.

It means that who you are. Just heard something. People hear things and there head, voices. It's Ok.
