Good Heart - all actions cultivated in a good heart bring fulfillment without expectation or ill intent.
Youthful Soul - so that the journey is full of inquisitive "whys?", carefree fun, endless possibilities and untainted exploration.
Strong Body - so that I may continue to carry out the well intended works of my mind, heart and soul ....

Good mind, healthy body, strong heart, youthful soul. I chose them in this order because it is the order you have them in the heading. Once I put them together they just make sense. I wonder what I would have put together though if they were just words scattered around on the floor...

healthy mind : because thank God i can think well, and remeber well as well :D
Youthful Body: Though im 25 and still young, i can still jump and laugh as a baby
