It depends...if you buy it in a bag, then no. But if you buy like Bertolli, it is cooked and then frozen.

No, pasta is not cook all the way. I happen to watch Discovery channel on food and they show how pasta was made. smile

I think so, isn't it cooked to get to the harden state? Its not like its raw pasta, right?!
