Yes its called selfless love and it will work out any ways too if you really think about it because you both will always be loveable and respectable of each others feelings no matter what. some people might think its all too mushy and always lovey dovey around other people and some just don't like it they want all the love and attention and give non back to those people they will die early. lol just kidding but beware i say beware lol

Yes and No. You have to love yourself before you can truely love someone else. But if you had a choice to give your life for someone else to live and did just that then yes.

Isn't that the definition of true love? When you love someone more than you love yourself. the stipulation to this, of course, that you still maintain your identity while in the relationship. You love someone while still keeping your own identity. If you give up everything for someone else and receive nothing in return, then it's not love or caring. It's stupidity on your part and selfishness on theirs.

Yes. Think about it this way...if you would be willing to die for that person then you love them more than yourself. (And I personally don't think that the whole "you have to love yourself before you can love someone else" argument is true and I really wish that wasn't said all the time.It drives me nuts!)

Have you heard of someone loving someone else more than life itself. I would gladly take the punch for the one I love. Does that mean i love that person more than i love myself. Maybe. I do think I love my husband more than I love my own self.

Yes, I do believe it is possible. Even in these cruel and heartless times, it is still possible to come across that one special person who will do everything it takes to see a smile on your face and to me, that is love.
