I need help finding the title of this movie, its about a teenage girl who teams up with a rebel to try and find the last remaining blue sky left on earth. They also travel with a big, muscular man and I believe the girls younger brother, it takes place after something happened to the earth and the sky looks all gaseous and red.

Any knowledge about this movie, would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I believe it came out in the early to mid nineties and I think that "doom" was so where in the title.
