Broken sleep pattern, can't switch off because of some 'pressing' issues/event that has recently happened, too hyper on brain stimulation/chemical stimulants, anxiety over 'lack of sleep', anxiety over other issues, the list goes on. Sit down with a pen and paper and try to think of reasons that might be affecting your sleep to try and pinpoint a specific cause(s).
If there doesn't appear to be one and this carries on then maybe try a herbal remedy, as a last resort see a doctor. Potential herbals that might help plus other relaxation tips: camomile tea or lemon balm tea (1 cup in the evening and maybe one after your evening meal), lavendar essential oil (few drops) in your pillow at the outer edges, take a bath before bed (lavendar oil in the bath), read a non-stimulating book prior to bed (like a novel), take long walks daytime, get someone to give you a scalp massage. Above all: try to relax and not stress about lack of sleep or you are in a 'circle'. Hope this helps.

Are you getting enough exercise? Worrying too much? Drinking caffeine too late at night? Napping during the day? Depressed. Talk to your Doc, it could be a medical issue. Good luck.

You're probably not tired. If you want to sleep at night, you should listen to relaxing music such as a recording of waves at the beach, birds, and rain. It is very soothing and will help you fall asleep.

Well, there may be many reasons. One might be you're just not tired. Another could be you're afraid of the dark. Also, maybe there is too much on your mind and you are stressed out. MAYBE YOU ARE IN LOVE!!!!! :-* <3

Poor Baby !
Do you want me to sing you a lullaby ?
When my baby has trouble sleeping,
I usually pat his back until he drifts off .
Would that help ?

Your brain is stuck on a loop of asking daft questions like the one "When was the last time.. you picked your nose?" I saw it, but avoided answering.
