What can happen to me and how hard will this make it to be sold to someone at a public auction?? The bailiff took my vehicle, I practically gift wrapped it. Although I DIDNT give the gas cap key NOR the remote alarm key thing- DAMN THAT- he had the nerve to call and ask me for the title to "MAKE IT EASIER AND TO CLEAR IT UP"- I DONT THINK SO!!!

Ever hear of Obstruction of Justice, or Contempt of Court.........jail time for not following the law.

If it was seized legally for illegal activity of yours, it is theirs to do with what they will. There will just have to be an extra step or two needed before selling the vehicle. Think you are in enough trouble now anyways.

Not sure why your car/truck was seized. You left that out.

You cannot get a good answer until you disclose all the facts as to why.

Well, quite frankly it just means you'll have to pay.... You'll go back to court, and have to pay costs and possibly a judgment. You'll lose.
