running away?

my best guy friend wants to run away from home because of something his gf said what do i say to talk him out of it? i know if he leaves that will crush his gf wicth is my very best friend...and i cant stand them fighting or upset i really need help on this anything will help

Tell him that running away from his problems isn't going to help. Let him know that you're here for him if he ever wants to talk, and let him know that his girlfriend really cares about him. Tell him to just calm down and wait it out, its not worth doing something like that. Tell him about all of the people that will miss him, especially his family and good friends, and his girlfriend too.

Telll him that running away won't solve his problems they will just follow him and that he needs to stand up and sort his problems out. Running away is definitely not the answer. Sounds like they aren't too good for each other if he wants to run away because of something she said. Talk to your mum and ask her advice maybe she can help you out with better advice as she must know him and his gf and she will be able to help you see or maybe she could even talk to him.

It is obviously an unhealthy relationship if he wants to run away because she said something. Just tell him that you are always there for him, et him no all of the bad things that could happen if he ran away, and try to talk him out of it.

talk to a teacher or a parent. step out of this, you do not need to get in between your two friends. the teacher will get between the two of them and they will sort things out.

Im sorry but you dont always know whats best for your friends and sometimes interferring causes more harm than it does help. i learned this the hard way.

You should let him know how hard it's really gonna be out there! Straight up ask him what he plans on doing, how he is going to pay for things and such. That should give him a real wake up call......just give him a quick outline of what is really out there for him when he is too young to be on his own. Hope that helps girlie!

I wouldnt think to much on your part. Kids run away cuz of family issues not gf issues unless they run off with the gf. I think he just wants attention.

well if he runs away from home he will realize it is not easy out there on your own. there really isn't much you can stop him if he decides to,the most you can do is let him know you are there for him if in need of someone to go to,that is all you can really do.he and his g/f needs to resolve things on there own.your best bet is not to get too much involved,but let them go to you when in need.

Well first you should tell him how his life is gonna be on the streets and if his gf really likes him and respects him she wouldn't let him runaway and get him in lots of trouble which is gonna affect him live.
