If it is clear, that's good! If it was yellow or smelly or green, that would be bad. Now in my experience, it could be one of two things!
The first thing it could be is normal fluid from being sexually aroused. This tends to be more watery and evaporates quickly from your finger. This fluid shows up when you are aroused usually... (could be ejaculate, although I am not familiar with the differences...)
The second thing it could be is fertile quality cervical fluid which has the consistency of egg whites and is very stretchy between your fingers. Unlike the arousal fluid (don't know the name for it), it doesn't not evaporate, and you'd find that it wasn't water soluble either... This fluid shows up usually about 10 days to 2 weeks after the first day of your period. This is just the fluid that helps spermies swim up to the uterus, which is a problem you don't get to worry about (lucky!).
The fluid could be a combination of both those fluids as well...
Anywho, hope this helps. If you have any discomfort or any strong, bad odors, then go to a doctor. It's helpful for doctors to observe the fluid type too, color, consistency, when it occurs, whether it evaporates or not.... Good luck and hope this answer wasn't too long :).

Did you have an orgasm? More liquid is expelled during that time. Maybe it was just extra lubrication from being extra turned on? Don't sweat it. Unless, of course, you are having other symptoms like pain or bleeding when you shouldn't be. Then get yourself to a gyno. Otherwise, no worries.

Sounds like female ejaculation. When the g-spot is stimulated a certain way, clear fluid will expel from the urethra when the orgasm accurse.

i'm undecided why you went to a gum medical institution? the belief is which you DO have lubrication, devoid of it may be undesirable. i'm not specific of what you're worried approximately. Lubrication is customary and a stable element.

just because you haven't seen it before doesn't mean its not normal. there are diffirent types of vaginal secretions and since yours was whitish clear I wouldn't worry unless it turns to a tan or brown color, then that could mean a bacterial infection. still, if you're still worried go to your gyno just to check.
