"Why live one’s life filled with negative B.S.? What good does that do anyone? Seriously, it is crazy to carry bad medicine with you when it can easily be purged which can then better allow one to focus on the positive things in life. I used to be that way as in staying P.O.’ed at people who “crossed me” or “did me wrong”, but as I have gotten older I see how stupid I was to live my life in that manner.
