So being Jewish, I will have to adopt the passover diet in one week. Last year during passover, the change in my diet did not go well with my training in running on the track team at my high school. I felt considerably worse running during this time and it really hurt my season. It is tough because pasta is the one of the things I eat a lot during the season for carbs, and I'll be losing several other non-kosher for passover foods. Can anyone give me some pointers for food I can eat that are kosher for passover and that will keep me strong for track?
