It would have to to a certain point. Think of all the chance encounters you have experienced that have changed your future. If you had been born one day earlier, you would be living your days one day in the past always, and having entirely different chance encounters. One small experience can change alot about a person.

I was born one day too late to start kindergarten and I had to wait until the next school year. I would have had a whole different group of friends, and the friends I ended up with are the reason I'm even here. I wouldn't have met the person who ended up saving my life and becoming the most important part of it.

well, i know that if it was a day earlier, i wouldnt say that my birthday was on the blackout in brooklyn 3 years ago ;D
