u can find a lot of cute flats at Dillard's, but if u want something a lot cheaper go to Payless, they have pretty good stuff

ummm maby the mall i don't probly live in your area but malls usually have simple ballet flats my mall has red,black,white,yellow,brown,orange,pink hope i helped
