treats me , not so good, and he has let me know that if I get divorced that he will be there waiting. Wants to take me to Mexico to lay on the beach and enjoy life. What would you do? Stay and be unhappy, or divorce and live........

always remember the grass is always greener on the other side,that is until you get there.if your husband treats you badly you have every right to leave,just be careful as to where you leave to.

i think you should put a lot more thought into it,if your going to leave your husband do it for the right reasons not because you are being tempted by another man.also this man is not a good person.he obviously has no morals,ethics or principles otherwise he wouldn't be tempting you in the first place?can you live your life with a person you cant trust?leave your husband and start a new relationship with some one else down the track somewhere,that would only be fair to yourself,your husband,any children and your future partner.remember though the grass isnt always greener on the other side of the fence.

Is it that your husband really treats you that bad or you are being tempted by the other guy..... I bet your husband told you alot of BS too before you two were "happily ever after". Think about that Long and hard before making any decision. Men will say anything to get a girl into the sack- THATS THE TRUTH and most people will tell you the grass always looks greener on the other side....

I got divorced for that very same reason and although it was hard, I don't regret it. I am now happily remarried, and with a 1 year old.
Life is too short to be unhappy, especially for someone else's happiness.

follow your heart if you really love this other guy go for it.But you really have to be ready to make a big decision on walking out of your marriage.Sometimes you have to take risk and this is one of those times.I just hope you know what your doing and dont get hurt.But if you are happy with the other guy go for it.

Sound like that man is wanting a piece of booty and he is trying to use your unhappiness to his advantage. Leave if you are unhappy, but don't leave because of this guy...his motives are questionable and most likely so is his charactor.
