Molarity is moles divided by liters. So, convert your grams of NaCl to moles by dividing 80 by the molar mass of NaCl. Now divide this number by 5.0 (because you have 5.0 liters) to get your molarity.

Use the molar mass of NaCl to convert the 80 grams into moles. Divide the number of moles by the volume of the solution in Liters, and you have calculated the molarity.
